About Athletics Club

Open to everyone from casual joggers to competitive runners, our Athletics Club meets regularly on the South Sports Campus- fully equipped with  400m track and field facilities.

Participants train across all track events such as sprints, middle- and long-distance running, as-well as all field events—and get the chance to compete at the Athletics Intervarsity Championships.

Our Athletics Officer Marcus Lawler organises training sessions, along with more recreational gatherings. The club compete in student competition through the Athletics Intervarsity Championships.

The club is open to all levels of ability and is perfect for running, jumping, and throwing enthusiasts of all abilities.
